Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Screen/interview candidate for open position and coordinate further interview via iCIMS with respective stakeholders
- Manage offer process for the selected candidates
- Create HR Ops dashboard and share it with HRBP periodically
- Follow up with the organisation regarding the background checks of the chosen applicants
